∎ Job Overview:
∎ We are looking for an experienced and proactive Assistant General Manager - Civil Engineering to oversee our civil engineering projects specifically tailored for the garments industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing construction, renovation, and infrastructure development, ensuring that projects align with our operational goals and industry standards.

∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and manage civil engineering projects related to garment manufacturing facilities, including design, construction, and maintenance.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and quality assurance, to align engineering initiatives with operational requirements.
∎ Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring adherence to deadlines and cost constraints.
∎ Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to identify potential challenges and solutions.
∎ Oversee the preparation and review of engineering designs, specifications, and technical reports.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and environmental guidelines throughout all phases of construction.
∎ Manage relationships with external contractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies to facilitate project execution.
∎ Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
∎ Analyze project performance, prepare reports and present findings to senior management.
∎ Keep close contact with the Compliance department and other authorities regarding ACCORD for building safety and closely monitor and arrange structural remediation works as suggested by the consultant after receipt of approval from RSC/NIRAPON.
