∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Marine Engineering, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Master of Commerce (MCom)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Shipping
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise all types of operation and documentation of the shipping company.
∎ Good supervision skills.
∎ Prepare monthly, half-yearly & yearly trip plan to achieve the target.
∎ Achieve monthly & yearly profit target.
∎ Achieve monthly & yearly trip target.
∎ Making a plan for operation cost minimization.
∎ Execute plans with ensure an efficient workforce.
∎ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Must have extensive knowledge of shipping fare policy, expense, and demurrage calculations.
∎ Motivate of your subordinates under your supervision.
∎ Ensure service, repair & maintain mechanical parts of all pieces of machinery.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Leadership skill is highly required.
∎ Self-motivated and follow deadlines.
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Especially with information and task evaluation.
