Job Context:
∎ Department: Factory Administration Department
∎ : Only retired Army Major are eligible to apply for this position.
∎ Core Objectives: The overall development, performance and maintenance of the organization`s Factory Administration.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop & Implement Factory Administration, SOP and policy for Security Management, Protocol Management, Transportation Management, Warehouse and Inventory Management and other areas of admin and security as and when required.
∎ To manage the factory's overall administration in respect of manufacturing element of the organization and ensure high quality business activities with maximum efficiency and profitability for the organization.
∎ Should manage and monitor the overall performance of the manufacturing organization and keep effective liaison, support and assistance with the whole staffs and employees working in Administrations, Factory Accounts and VAT section, Safety, Security, Fire Protection, Cleanliness, Operations, Maintenance, R & D, Fridge, AC, and Fan Production line, Assembly line, Warehouse & Inventory line, Transportation units, Factory Canteen and all other departments in the factory premises.
∎ Requires to maintain and improve mechanisms for manufacturing and all organization activities, including surveying and measuring the manufacturing operations, process, outcomes and profitability and disseminate feedback to the appropriate internal entities.
∎ To maintain overall organization responsibilities for performing all duties in compliance with manufacturing, legal/statutory regulations, professional duties, responsibilities and obligations and Good Manufacturing Practices, Best Practice Guidelines, ISO certification.
∎ To ensure that the team understands that the organization's profits and achievements are reflected in all its operations and activities - including relationships and risk management.
∎ To maintain the smooth running of the manufacturing organization and the team in achieving organization plans / goals and meet targets of the team as a whole.
∎ Ability to support all other departments in matters related to manufacturing, e.g. procurement of materials subject to agreed criteria, recruitment, training, set action and targets, appraise and manage performance, development, coaching and general support of all team members to ensure targets are met.
∎ Requires contribution to training and development needs of the team members allocated in different departments in the factory.
∎ To utilize agreed systems to manage the organization's functions, analysis and documentation.
∎ Ability to direct the development of plans in factory premises of the organization to achieve targets and developing plans for the organization's progress and growth.
∎ Adhere to all organization policies and procedures and maintain accurate records.
∎ Responsible to use resources and control expenses to meet budgetary controls.
∎ To interact and co-operate with all members of the organization, its suppliers and customers.
∎ Expect to be part of special projects as and when required.
∎ To collect and renew company Licenses / Permits / Certificates like Environmental Certificates, Fire Licenses, Factory Licenses, Trade Licenses, and approvals etc. and keep liaison with the key personnel and authorities of Govt. / Non-Govt. organizations.
∎ To conduct pre-event inspections for proper arrangement of the event and to organize events through proper planning and coordination with other departments.
∎ Any other task is given by the management time to time.

∎ Experience Requirements:
∎ Minimum 05 (Five) year(s) job experience at the same position in Factory Base is required.
∎ The applicant should have experience in the following are(s):
∎ Factory Administration and Protocol
∎ General Administration
∎ Safety and Security Management including Fire Protection.
∎ Transportation Management
∎ Warehouse and Inventory Management
∎ The applicant should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Electronics Industry
∎ Manufacturing Company
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong analytical, technical & leadership abilities and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethic and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to lead the team and appraise & motivate the team members.
∎ Ability to achieve the target within a short lead time.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Protocol & Coordination.
∎ Should be honest and hard working.
∎ Willing to work under pressure and expected to work extensive working hours as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and your targets.
∎ Good Command in Bengali & English and should have Presentation Skills.
∎ Excellent writing, interpersonal & high-level communication skills are required;
∎ Should have good knowledge on MS-Office applications & Internet and prepare regular reports for upper management.
