∎ Bio-xin & Bio-Xin Cosmeceuticals is a reputed & highly regarded Business enterprise is looking for experienced and skilled professional for the position of Executive, in the department of Supply Chain Management for its Corporate Office & Site office
∎ The talent we are looking for will be the following expertise:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare purchase order, work order, bill and others for the smooth operation of department.
∎ He will be responsible for sourcing & procurement.
∎ Negotiation includes Pricing Quality, Quantity.
∎ Understanding of the local market, suppliers, contractors requirements.
∎ Collect quotations from various vendors and suppliers.
∎ Receive requisitions, samples, bills, etc.
∎ To maintain other documentation related to procurement of goods.
∎ To prepare/ issue purchase order and strong follow up with the Supplier for on time delivery of goods.
∎ To maintain liaison with the various department in respect of requisition follow up and feedback of the delivery goods.
∎ To maintain liaison with the various department/ Unit of Head office, Branch office & site office.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, E-mail, Internet etc).
∎ Must have good communication skill both English & Bangla.
∎ Hardworking, Proactive, Self-responsible, ability to work under pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
