∎ We are looking for Assistant Executive / Executive for Call Center Department that will be the liaison between our company and its current and future potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction etc.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working in shifting duty and managing large numbers of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
∎ Answering or making calls to clients to address their needs, complaints, or other issues related to products or services.
∎ Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
∎ Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information as needed.
∎ Building effective relationships with clients based on trust and reliability.
∎ Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
∎ Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
∎ Keeping records of all conversations in our call center database.
∎ Other duties & responsibilities as may be assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have mentality to perform shifting duty.
∎ Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
∎ Ability to understand company products, services, and policies.
∎ Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills.
∎ Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations.
∎ Strong time management and decision-making skills.
∎ Adaptability and accountability.
∎ Fluency in multiple languages may be desired.
