Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Good communication skills
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center, Tiles/Ceramic
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify development opportunities.
∎ Research and report findings on market developments in the tiles industry.
∎ Ability to move anywhere at any time and work under pressure.
∎ Visits different dealers inside and outside Dhaka.
∎ Interacting with clients over phone, SMS, E-mail.
∎ To create and maintain an excellent relationship with clients and colleagues within the organization.
∎ Highly motivated, dynamic, self-directed & possessing a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines.
∎ Must be excellent in MS Office, Internet.
∎ Excellent communication skills both in written and speaking in English & Bangla.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.

∎ Age 24 to 28 years
