Job Context:
∎ We are in the process of looking for a young, competent, and committed individual to a play a dynamic role as Assistant Engineer - Testing & Commissioning. He must be able to identify and provide reliable solutions for all technical issues to assure complete customer satisfaction throughout the process.
∎ Address: Controlware Engineering Limited, House # 30, Road # 3, Monsurabad Housing, Adabor, Mohammadpur, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting the Medium & High Voltage Substation Testing & Commissioning Works.
∎ Testing all sorts of substation equipment.
∎ Control-Protection scheme checking and relay testing.
∎ Preparing test report and submitting to the clients on time with proper analysis/recommendation.
∎ Leading the testing team at site.
∎ Frequent site visit all over Bangladesh for executing the ongoing projects.
∎ Assisting the Head of Projects for all the project works.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be quick learner, hardworking & disciplined.
∎ Good communication & presentation skills.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
