Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate must be graduated in EEE from Bangladesh University of Engineering Technology (BUET) with a CGPA between 2.5 - 3.5
∎ Experience Requirements: 2-5 years' experience in the power sector of Bangladesh will be an added advantage

∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attaining day to day operational activities of the company in close touch with the Managing Director
∎ Frequent site visit all over the country with a view to achieving in depth knowledge of the project activities that are awarded by different utility departments of Bangladesh and foreign EPC companies
∎ Get the basic substation design, engineering & calculation methodology by heart from different training sessions conducted by the senior engineers of the company.
∎ Work in close touch with the Accounts & Finance Division, Commercial & Supply Chain Management Division, HR, Admin & Compliance Division.
∎ Attaining different meetings along with the Managing Director that are to hold at different utility departments, private clients & EPC companies' premises
∎ Get in touch with the corporate banking activities, LC & related import-export functional matters
∎ Represent the Managing Director in any assigned job or meeting on behalf of the company
∎ All other activities that will be needed to execute the overall functions of the company time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be quick learner, hardworking & disciplined
∎ Good communication & presentation skills
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
