Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in EEE from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Project Management, solar installation, Solar Power Plant, Solar system design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Power, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reviewing and preparation of draft designs for electrical, solar and renewable systems' including all types of Photovoltaics;
∎ Supervision of installation of electrical and renewable systems. (solar, etc..)
∎ Assisting the project team and logistics division in procurement of systems equipment, instruments and tools.
∎ Assisting in preparing of tender documents (Technical specification, Scope of work, drawings, BOQ, etc.)
∎ Assisting in evaluation of proposals related to electrical, renewable energy (solar, etc..) systems.
∎ Assisting in the preparation of Project Schedules
∎ Perform periodic updates and revisions of the schedules to meet the targets.
∎ Assisting in creating variance reports at various stages of the project to analyze deviations.
∎ Any other task as assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate needs to travel outside of Dhaka to visit project sites as per requirement
∎ Minimum 2 years' experience in Project Management roles in Solar Project
∎ Must have experience in Solar Project
∎ Knowledgeable in all phases of the project management life cycle.
∎ Strong computer skills and experience with relevant software programs.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
∎ Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
