∎ Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST) students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: client handling, Client hunting, Client Relationship Management, Client Service/ Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Excellent communication skill, Good English Skill, Hardworking and Passionate. Punctual, MS Office
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Engineering Firms

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for some energetic, enthusiastic candidates for the sales team in various districts all over the country.
∎ Having motorbike (preferable).
∎ Adequate knowledge on Steel Structure and Pre-Engineered / Pre-Fabricated Building Industry is preferable.
∎ Ability to take challenge to achieve the targeted business volume and report to management accordingly.
∎ Conversant in computer with good knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and auto-cad etc.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare reasonable but aggressive Marketing Strategy.
∎ Must be dynamic, innovation, strategic thinking and capable to work under pressure.
∎ Capable to manage order.
∎ Client & project visit and sustain unbroken relationship with client for close sale.
∎ Achieve daily, weekly & monthly target & collection.
∎ Keeping records of all sales & marketing activities.
∎ Other work assigned by Management.
∎ Understand the market, the customer and the competition.
∎ Ensure after sales service for customer satisfaction.
∎ Responsible for managing client relationship.
∎ Regular follow up to the clients

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Fixed Transport Allowance 5000BDT (per month).
