Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily routine monthly servicing work supervision and quality ensure in CCDL existing projects.
∎ Follow-up servicing checklist in project wise due to safe operation.
∎ Inspects lifting and conveying devices, like elevators, escalators and other similar mechanisms to verify conformance to laws ordinances regulating design, installation and safe operation.
∎ Inspects mechanical and electrical features of elevator installations, including elevator cars, beams, safety devices, control circuits, cables, guide rails, governors, switch boxes, counterweights and buffers for conformance to governmental safety orders regulations concerning standards of design, installation, maintenance and operation.
∎ Recommends corrections for unsafe conditions.
∎ Consults with engineers, installers and owners regarding solution to problems connected with installation, maintenance and repair of elevating equipment.
∎ Keeps records and prepares reports of inspections and investigations for use by administrative.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Personal attributes should include qualities such as consistency, willingness to learn and flexibility, capacity to manage confidential information, able to follow through with difficult issues in an open and professional manner;
∎ Strong analytical skills and Ability to work under pressure
∎ Handy in MS Office application, specially Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
