Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Assistant Engineer having good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla languages. .
∎ Smartly dealing with honorable clients, Service skills, ability to do Multitasking and prioritizing of works.
∎ Having Problem-solving skills with positive attitudes, ability to work under pressure and target oriented.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supports service team by installing, testing, calibrating and repairing Laboratory equipment/ Medical equipment; training users; maintaining safe operations.
∎ Install new equipment by conducting tests, establishing, adjusting, calibrating and testing performance.
∎ Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedules, conducting tests and troubleshooting and repairing malfunctions.
∎ Work with experienced field engineers on basic troubleshooting and service repair needs on designated equipment.
∎ Learn to effectively communicate with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction.
∎ Conducting repairs on machinery/ equipment products, organize and maintain spare parts inventory.
∎ Support sales activities as required
∎ Have to travel all over the country.

∎ Age 22 to 30 years
