Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive and respond to inquiries/complains regardless of channel, i.e. voice, email, social and SMS.
∎ Manage and resolve customer complaints within average resolution time.
∎ Generate trouble ticket with necessary information.
∎ Identify and escalate critical issues to supervisor/head.
∎ Provide required service information to customers.
∎ Research required information using available resources e.g. Knowledge Based.
∎ Document and archive all calls information according to standard operating procedures.
∎ Follow up customer calls where necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Computer literacy, Multi-tasking skill, Work under pressure, Rotation duty
∎ Prepare to work in roster basis
