∎ Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Excellent communication skills MS Word Excel PowerPoint, Good Computer Knowledge

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Auto CAD 2D 3D, Civil Construction works, Construction cost estimation, Construction site

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Physical supervision of construction work.
∎ Ensure the proper use of construction materials.
∎ Ensure proper Receiving of quality full contraction material and maintain proper storing system.
∎ Reporting to corporate office regular basis.
∎ Physical supervision of construction work.
∎ Responsible for execution all kinds of civil construction work in line with the approved drawing, design & architectural layout.
∎ Ensure wastage control during work and stocked materials at site.
∎ Preparing monthly work program & achievement report and monitoring of daily progress of works.
∎ Ability to think methodically, to design, plan and manage projects.
∎ Ensuring technical documentation and procedural documentation are kept up to date.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Ensure safety and security at site.
∎ Should have experience in Auto CAD 2D & 3D. Estimation and Knowledge on Civil Drawing
∎ Prepare Architectural, Structural, Electrical and Plumbing plan and drawing by concerned of the department.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates who have Diploma in Govt. institution are encourage to apply.
