∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineer from any reputed public/private university with having good academic result.
∎ Skills Required: BOQ, Construction cost estimation, Interior Finishing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
BOQ, CAD Designing, Civil Engineering, Estimating, Interior Project
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Developer, Engineering Firms, Group of Companies, Interior Design, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision of interior & renovation projects
∎ Ensure the quality of interior work as per specification, design & standard
∎ Ensure timely handover of each & every project.
∎ Preparing MRF (Material Requisition Form) & MRR (Material Requisition Report)
∎ Preparing the work schedule of interior projects
∎ Contractor bill checking with Audit & Central Engineering Quantity Survey Team (CEQST) as per BOQ
∎ Ensuring the cost control of projects
∎ Managing contractor, sub-contractor & labour
∎ Regular communication with Line Manager & Supply Chain for logistic support & smooth operation
∎ Daily reporting to line manager of full day activities
∎ Attending meeting with client at the time of site visit.
∎ Other responsibilities to be assigned by the management & line manager will have the equal value & should be considered as a substantial responsibility
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 37 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and Provide support to other team members.
∎ should have good knowledge in drawing & design.
∎ Sound knowledge in Real Estate Site.
∎ Expert in computer literacy.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
