Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering from govt. institution
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Real Estate, Garments, Engineering Firms
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure construction of works as per design, drawings and specifications
∎ Ensure civil execution of works and informing on any identified discrepancies.
∎ Estimating materials, equipment, and accessories required for site and arranging to fulfill estimated requirement
∎ Preparation of BOQ and technical report for any assigned engineering job.
∎ Ensuring material quality and testing as per specification and standard.
∎ Ensure accurate bill checking post confirming site measurements.
∎ Ensuring site safety, and quality of works to ensure safety and quality standards.
∎ Monitoring project progress as per project schedule and reporting progress periodically.
∎ Modifying needed drawings (in AutoCAD) and submits the same to in charge, as needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ The applicant must have at least 05 years working experience in similar position in any reputed engineering firm/project management environment.
∎ Must have knowledge on industrial construction.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) and presentation skills.
∎ Professional proficiency in Auto CAD (2D and 3D).
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented mindset for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure (pro-active attitude) and self-motivated to take new initiatives
Salary: Negotiable
