Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc./Diploma in Civil Engineering from reputed Public/Private University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ All kinds of supervision for structural work (Shuttering, Re-bar & concreting work)
∎ All kind of supervision for masonry work (Block work, plaster work, Door frame fitting etc.)
∎ All kinds of finishing work supervision like tiles work, sanitary work, paint work etc.
∎ Coordination to project in charge, Zonal in charge, Prepare MRF and Coordination with SCM
∎ Prepare Estimate of all kind of materials as per drawing.
∎ Prepare of Master Budget.
∎ Prepare of monthly budget and work program.
∎ AII kind of finishing work supervision and control of wastage
∎ Client Handle capacity and Prepare addition & omission file as per client requirement.
∎ Overall supervision of project safely, security and quality of all type work.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Skills Required: BOQ, Civil Construction, Civil Engineering, Construction engineering, Project Engineer, Quality Control Assurance, Real Estate project Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Construction, Civil Engineering, Finishing, Quality Control Assurance, Real Estate project Development, Site Engineer, Supervision
∎ Should have sound knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Internet surfing, E-mail, etc.
∎ Well trained and good Official Correspondence in writing.
∎ Must have strong Communication & Management Skill.
