Job Context:
∎ BMS COMPANY LIMITED is a 100% export oriented, "A Type" Japanese full fledge manufacturing company operating at Plot # 1-6, and Sector # 4, CEPZ, Chattogram, which is a subsidy of Japan based Marusan Sangyo Co., Ltd.
∎ The purpose of Civil Engineer is to provide strategic and tactical leadership in a skilled area of civil engineer.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for total construction planning and initiate the construction to reduce cost, schedule, performance and the components of construction.
∎ Checking Quantification of construction components.
∎ Responsible for project budgeting, resource utilization and materials allocation for construction.
∎ Train and supervise technical and non-technical staff of Construction, Engineering & Security team.
∎ Reviews and checking payments of bills submitted by various parties and suppliers.
∎ Monitor and maintain the construction schedule properly.
∎ Supervise staff and coordinate between management and suppliers.
∎ Ensure quality works and quality product & authentication/certification of bills.
∎ Ensure overall quality control in the construction as per the standard set by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
