Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze Production Capacity and Utilization: Assess factory production capacity and ensure resources (manpower, machinery, and materials) are used effectively.
∎ Collaborate on Budget Planning: Work with Accounts, Sales, and Marketing to set the yearly budget and coordinate with all departments to achieve goals.
∎ Production Planning: Develop production plans based on market demand and inventory levels by coordinating with Sales and Marketing.
∎ Raw Materials and Accessories Planning: Prepare a raw materials and accessories plan with the Accounts, Supply Chain, and Store teams to ensure uninterrupted production.
∎ Monitor Factory Operations: Regularly visit the factory to oversee the efficient use of labor, machines, and materials, while working to reduce costs.
∎ Lean Six Sigma Implementation: Implement Lean Six Sigma principles to improve processes and reduce waste in factory operations.
∎ Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Help create and implement standard procedures to streamline factory operations.
∎ Monitor Costs: Track and manage overhead costs, including labor, power, materials, and other expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
∎ New Product Development: Collaborate with Product Development, Sales, and Quality Control teams to develop new products, calculate costs, and set sales prices.
∎ Support Marketing and Sales Initiatives: Work with Marketing and Sales on trade offers, discounts, and promotional programs to boost sales.
∎ Cross-functional Coordination: Liaise with factory, sales, supply chain, marketing, and distribution teams to ensure product support and smooth operations.
∎ Customer Feedback and Market Visits: Visit markets to gather customer feedback, identify issues, and develop solutions to improve products and services.
∎ Production vs. Consumption Reporting: Monitor and report on production output versus consumption to maintain balance and efficiency.
∎ Implement Revenue Growth Strategies: Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
∎ Handle Additional Tasks: Complete any other tasks supervisors or management assign.
