Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with Billing Manager to understand business requirements and deliver the services
∎ Create and design external template for Invoice, customer notification and rate upload
∎ Generate invoices for Voice, SMS, Wi-Fi, Internet access and conference service. Prepare Invoice details for all ANS, IPT Clients and IOSs operators
∎ Resolves customer complaints of invoices and CDRs within the shortest possible time frame and coordinates related departments for faster resolution, ability to take preventive measure to avoid error also raise disputes to operator invoices if any discrepancies.
∎ Provide CDRs & Other reports requested by the customers. Create any type of service policy into the Billing system
∎ Update client information and keep documents as per the prescribed format, filing with proper labeling and keeping track for easy findings
∎ Add/delete any types of service, product, subscription, rate, and tariff plan into the billing system.
∎ Monitoring billing system and communicating with customer and providing the solution for the customer complaint through TT.
∎ Creating Script (SQL) to provide all types of reports required by BTRC, IPT Clients, ICX, ANS & IOS operators. Properly delivering the raised service order and service change.
∎ Generate all kinds of ad hoc Reports (requested by Management/HOD/Accounts/Support)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Broad and deep technical knowledge, throughout the full stack. Deep hands-on expertise with many disparate technologies and architectures.
∎ Demonstrable understanding of high-quality coding and testing practices.
∎ Relational databases, particularly MySQL/Oracle. Experience in modeling and optimizing query performance.
∎ Understanding of statistical analysis of data and BTRC’s revenue sharing model
∎ A strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery practices.
∎ An appetite to learn new technologies and a drive for continual improvement.
∎ Excellent communication skills, specifically in understanding, framing, template toolkit, and simplifying both technical & business requirements.
∎ Demonstrable experience working as part of a high-performing, collaborative agile team. Leading and delivering significant features/requirements.
