∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering. (From Govt. Polytechnic Institute).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
construction
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for construction and supervision of the projects.
∎ Review the project in detail to create Bar-chart, schedule deliverables, of materials & estimate costs.
∎ Coordination with the supply chain department and ensure timely supply of materials.
∎ Coordinate with direct construction workers and subcontractors.
∎ Review the work progress on a day, weekly & monthly basis.
∎ Ensuring compliance and safety regulations
∎ Report project status and progress report & Prepare Interim/revised project schedule.
∎ Others duties as assigned by the Management time to time.
∎ Detail estimating, preparation of BOQ according to design.
∎ Any Other works assign by Dept.-In-Charge
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be energetic, smart, dynamic & capable to handle with respect to the time schedule with quality control.
