Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
∎ MBBS with MPH (Preferably candidates in Hospital Administration) from any reputed institution
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Hospital Administration
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide leadership and oversight of the delivery of medical care by clinical staff through direct supervision and audits.
∎ Serve as a mentor and manage the resolution of practice related issues.
∎ Participate in clinical consultation and provide medical expertise and guidance as appropriate.
∎ Provide oversight of the nurse practitioner collaborative practice agreement.
∎ To provide oversight on risk management activities including monitoring of service utilization, adherence to corporate compliance plan, attainment of productivity targets, etc
∎ To supervise compliance and quality improvement activities in cooperation with Quality Assurance Coordinator.
∎ To provide guidance and participate in the afterhours on-call system
∎ To review patient complaints and carry out patient satisfaction survey.
∎ To establish standards of care and maintains medical policies and guidelines for the hospital.
∎ Updates clinical guidelines, protocols and procedures and works to ensure that clinical staff adhere and carry out those protocols and procedures.
∎ To perform other duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 10 -15 years of professional experience out of which at least 05 years in the Management and Administrative capacity in a reputed hospital.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ As per Company policy.
