∎ Hospital Management Degree will be preferable

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Primary responsible to build up a seamless hospital administration for better service.
∎ Visit admitted patients and ensure proper care.
∎ Ensure proper performance of duty doctors, Nurses and other clinical staff.
∎ Train clinical staff to write & keep proper documentation.
∎ Co-ordinates & implement institutional policies and rules among the staff.
∎ Must be hard working & capable to exercise administrative power for better patient management.
∎ Prepare action plans to increase patient flow to the Hospital.
∎ Prepare & evaluate annual performance report of the staff & do the needful.
∎ Organize regular CME, Training & academy programs.
∎ Maintain good relation with consultants & meet their requirement to help optimal patient care.
∎ Address & Counsel patient party if any issues raised related to patient management.
∎ Arrange, look after and prepare Duty Roster and Leave of Specialists, Registrars, Medical Officers and other relevant officers. Concerned officers' performance review, general affairs look after and administrative works and report.
∎ Organize medical board and other emergency consultant arrangement as per requirement of the primary consultants or patients and report to management.
∎ Nursing work supervision, monitoring and provide guidance as and when required.
∎ Look after related service of laboratory medicine, histopathology, radiology and imaging and transfusion medicine (Blood Bank) and report to management.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
