∎ Staff Supervision —>Support HR in recruitment, training, and performance monitoring.
∎ Quality & Patient Services —> Ensure quality care and address patient feedback or complaints.
∎ Emergency & Safety —> Help plan for disaster response and maintain hospital safety standards.
