∎ B.Sc in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising a team of operatives to ensure that they carry out their work effectively and efficiently.
∎ Monitoring and adjusting production equipment settings as per necessity to ensure that the volume and quality of the outputs are maintained to meet the required standard.
∎ Addressing and resolving any technical issues arising in the production process.
∎ Monitoring the working environment to ensure that the company safety policies and health & safety regulations comply with the stipulated SOP.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience.
∎ Excellent communication and leadership skills to work in a team environment.
