Job Responsibilities:
∎ Services for Environment and Social Consultancy
∎ The management of EQMS Consulting Limited (EQMS) offers the following services to concerned industries, public and private agencies:
∎ Site Selection/ Scoping of project;
∎ Environmental Quality & Social safeguard Monitoring;
∎ Formulation of Environmental Monitoring System/Plan;
∎ Ecological Baseline Study and Biodiversity Conservation Management Plan;
∎ Ecological Monitoring and Ecological Impact Assessment;
∎ Environmental and Social Impact Assessment Studies;
∎ Environmental and Social Management Framework (ESMF);
∎ Preparation of Environmental Disaster and Risk Management Plan;
∎ Environmental Management Information System (EIMS) development;
∎ Environmental and Social Due Diligence;
∎ Environmental and Social Auditing;
∎ Preparation of Environmental Guidelines;
∎ Development of Management of Toxic and Hazardous wastes generated from various Industries;
∎ Resettlement Action Plan;
∎ Resettlement Implementation and monitoring;
∎ Development of Livelihood Restoration Plan (LRP);
∎ Development of Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP) & Grievance Redressed Mechanism (GRM);
∎ Environmental subject matter input Training and Pilot Research Program/Project; and
∎ Socio-economic and Institutional Studies;
∎ -Working with International Funded Project;
∎ Conduct different survey, field data collection and analysis;
∎ Regular field visit as per organization requirement.
∎ Assist to report writing;
∎ Capable to solve the environmental issues in any places
∎ Attain client meeting; and
∎ Liaison with the governmental and non-governmental authority as per requirement
∎ Perform any other work as assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 years experiences in the relevant fields;
∎ The applicant should have sound knowledge on MS office, excel and internet browsing;
∎ Should be workable under pressure and responsibility;
∎ Highly motivated to deal any situation;
∎ Good command in English; and
∎ Should be a good team player;
Salary:
∎ Starting from 415,000 to 700,000 BDT per annum.
