Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Civil Construction
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Studying project concepts, architectural drawings, electrical and sanitary drawings and implementing them in construction projects.
∎ Site monitoring and supervision of construction works and day to day construction activities.
∎ Preparation of BOQ after detailed review of the project to determine the method of construction work and estimated cost of the building as per the design.
∎ Supervise associate engineers & supervisor.
∎ Ensure accurate measurement and quality of construction work spaces.
∎ Ensure wastage control during work and stocked materials at site.
∎ Coordinate with purchase and procurement department to ensure proper inventory of all stocked materials.
∎ Preparing projects, building construction plans and work schedules.
∎ To verify whether the quality of work is maintained as per the design.
∎ Reviewing work progress on daily/weekly and monthly basis with site engineers.
∎ Ensuring quality control and safety of workers on site.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by the management authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ For B. Sc. Engineers 6-8 years(s) and Diploma Engineers 10-15 year(s) work experience required.
∎ Ready to work under pressure.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have a good person
∎ Smart in inter-personal and communication skills.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Attractive remuneration package will be given to the deserving candidates.
