Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, schedule and coordinate project activities to meet deadlines and budget.
∎ Collaborate with architects, consultants and stakeholders to finalize project designs and specifications.
∎ Develop and maintain project documentation, including project scope, budgets and timelines.
∎ To study the structural and architectural design/drawing pertinent of the project.
∎ Preparation of BOQ, Estimation & Costing of Modification works.
∎ Must be proficient in construction work including finishing such as brickwork, tiles fittings, paint work, foundation, masonry, plastering, demolition, interior and other works.
∎ To check bills of the contractors and coordinate with accounts &finance department to ensure payment accordingly.
∎ Coordinate the procurement of materials, equipment and labor to optimize project efficiency.
∎ Prepare and submit progress reports, cost estimates and project updates.
∎ Maintain records of materials used, labor costs, and project timelines.
∎ Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site.
∎ We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled professional to oversee civil construction and renovation projects. The role involves planning, execution, and supervision of structural and renovation works.
