Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and site supervision.
∎ Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3ds Max.
∎ Strong knowledge of RAJUK and local municipality (Upozila/Pouroshova) drawing requirements.
∎ Experience in preparing construction documents and working drawings.
∎ Good understanding of building materials, site conditions, and structural systems.
∎ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
∎ Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadline.

∎ Develop complete architectural working drawing sheets for construction purposes.
∎ Produce high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations for design presentations.
∎ Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop practical, buildable solutions.
∎ Conduct site visits and supervision to ensure design implementation and construction quality.
∎ Work efficiently in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3ds Max for design development and presentation.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management time to time.
