∎ 2-5 years’ experience in experience in related field, Real Estate Sector or Architectural Design.
∎ Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of interior finishing materials, construction techniques, and quality control processes.
∎ Flexibility to travel to different project locations, to work extended hours, including weekends, as project deadlines may require intensive time commitment.
∎ Thorough knowledge on Architectural design & drawing (Both Exterior & Interior Design).
∎ Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to integrate architectural plans into the overall project development process.
∎ Coordinate with external consultants, including structural engineers, MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) engineers, and landscape architects, to ensure design coordination and integration.
∎ Monitor project progress, identify design-related issues or challenges, and provide timely solutions and recommendations to ensure successful project delivery.
∎ Software Skills: Autodesk AutoCAD, SketchUP / 3DS Max or any relevant software, Photoshop, Illustrator (Will be preferred), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oriental group commenced modestly in 1982 in Real Estate business and with prudent entrepreneurship. At present, the group has several number of concerns owned private limited companies and entrepreneurs with a substantial turnover.
∎ Oriental Group is looking for an energetic, target oriented, self motivated and proactive Asst. Architect who has at least 2-5 years experience in the similar field.
∎ Preparing detailed measurements, working drawings, interior designing and detailing layout plans, sections, elevations, and detailed 3D as per Team Leader’s instruction.
∎ Communicate with project managers, architects, designers and contractors to ensure effective communication and alignment of project goals.
∎ To complete project in time co-ordination & follow-up.Able to do estimation and specification.
∎ Sound knowledge with exterior and interior materials to meet project budget.
∎ Coordinating with the Site Planning Engineers in order to develop and monitor one month look ahead program in accordance with company internal procedures.
∎ Collecting necessary information from site and prepare the required Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
