∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 3D (Auto Cad), 3D Studio Max, Good command over MS Office Package

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make architectural design and drawing
∎ Take actions to get approval of drawing from government authority
∎ Maintain liaison with concerned government authority
∎ Keep record of drawing
∎ Coordinate with consulting firm and other stakeholders
∎ Any other task as and when required by the company

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Experience in High Rise Building / Guest House / Resort / Educational building design
∎ Knowledge of BNBC and ACI Code

Salary: Negotiable
