∎ At least 2 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform day to day Administrative tasks.
∎ Correspondence to the field staff on HR & Administrative issues
∎ Providing logistic support for the meeting, workshop & Seminar
∎ Prepare Purchase requisition and perform procurement activities.
∎ Maintaining of office store, stock registers, stock requisition records as per policy and provide periodical updates.
∎ Maintain Petty cash.
∎ Prepare time sheet
∎ Checking daily attendance.
∎ Maintain leave register.
∎ Payment of bills, invoices

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Bengali
∎ Understanding of local language is an advantage
∎ Excellent computer operating skill
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Proven track record of achieving results

Salary: Tk. 38000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Weekly 2 holidays
