The company is marketing consumer goods "Green brand" in different dimensions like health, daily product, stationery etc. and producing more than 15 products. Major and popular products of the company are Green Instant Noodles, Green mustard oil, Green ball pen, Green Washout, Green Vermichili, Green Super Power Toilet Cleaner and different tea items like Tulsi, Amla, Green, Arjun, Trifala and Slimming. Green Family Limited is a divergent company focusing on effective Education, Fresh & Pure Consumer products, trustworthy Treatment, sustainable Agriculture, Secured Housing project and so on.
∎ Presently the company is inviting expression of interest for the following position.
∎ The candidate must be able to work with a team and independently, under stress and within shifting environment when needed.
∎ Job Location: Head Office: Bijoynagar, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and manage the overall HR hiring, Talent Management, and Talent retention process.
∎ Develop a Strategic HR plan to meet up future needs with respect to hiring and succession planning.
∎ Coach and train employees on regulations and industry practices
∎ Implements maintain and review payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, and other payroll-related issues.
∎ Keep close liaison and coordination with the factory, Production, Sales, Service, Accounts, and other department.
∎ Formulate, facilitate, and implement strategies for training and learning programs, growth and capability enhancement programs in line with business and functional needs.
∎ Initiate and implement training and development programs for all sections of employees in the light of Training Needs Assessment including training budget.
∎ Responsible for all aspects relating to the smooth functioning of store, production management, staff management, compliance, and providing appropriate constructive feedback regarding their performance.
∎ Ensure legal compliance of policies and procedures, termination, dismissal Compensation, disciplinary action, etc.
∎ Formulate employee motivation factors, counseling, grievance and labor handling, conflict management, etc.
∎ Execution of the company's administrative plans, policies, and decisions of the Management.
∎ Maintain liaison with all relevant authorities including law enforcement agencies and different government agencies to ensure smooth operation.
∎ To maintain and supervise logistics support, transportation, and overall safety & security issues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Self-motivated, hardworking, dynamic and energetic
∎ Able to work under pressure to meet the deadline
∎ Able to understand the work instructions
