Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve assigned Area wise sales target by maximizing sales activity.
∎ Manage and supervise sales team to ensure they are on track in achieving sales goals.
∎ Establish clear sales objectives for the week, month, year, etc.
∎ Regular arrangement of scientific seminars, workshops, round table meetings.
∎ Continually monitor and track regional sales performance.
∎ Analyze and report on monthly sales outcomes.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction by providing best of services and maintain decent relationships with the clients/customers.
∎ Monitor the activities of the competitors, conduct survey on market conditions & product development and offer corrective measures to Head of Sales.
∎ Will require frequent travel in different areas of Bangladesh.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Currently working as ASM for more than 02 Years in Top Tier Pharmaceuticals Companies in Bangladesh.
∎ Demonstrate knowledge in our area of sales.
∎ Natural leader with proven management skills
∎ Experience forecasting sales and building a customer base
∎ Willingness to develop career in Pharmaceuticals industry
∎ Good communication skills both English and Bangla
∎ Willing to travel extensively
∎ Excellent communication and Interpersonal skill.
∎ Should be honest and sincere.
Salary: Negotiable
