∎ Job Context: The aim of this position is work with the excellent and highly skilled technical team for the world class high quality medical diagnostics equipment which are manufactured by world renowned brand Roche - Switzerland, the pioneer of the fully automated immunoassay, biochemistry, RT-PCR analyzer and other superior medical lab equipment technologies.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installation and service support of high-tech medical lab Instruments/ equipment.
∎ To provide application support of medical lab analyzers at the customer end within the specified time frame.
∎ Troubleshooting and maintenance of high-tech medical lab Instruments/ equipment to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations of labs or hospitals.
∎ Ready for 24/7 support for the hospital/ Laboratory premises, if necessary.
∎ Ensuring Customer satisfaction.
∎ To support for product promotion.
∎ Regular field visit to keep close contact with the customers for any technical support.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ For Area Service Manager/ Asst. Area Service Manager position at least 05 years working experience in Diagnostic labs or Hospital is preferable.
∎ Self-directed and proactive, able to think beyond the immediate problem and drive with minimal guidance/ oversight.
∎ Must have good manner & patience to handle people. Good interpersonal skills and leadership quality is much desired.
∎ Good verbal and written communication skill in both English and Bangla is must.
∎ Must be physically and mentally fit for work long time.
