∎ Conduct regular basis trade check to ensure product availability, market hygiene, and completeness of product range
∎ Conduct lone fieldwork to build up relationships with key contacts

∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Develop the following skills of the direct report under their supervision:
∎ Detailing (Skills and Product Knowledge)
∎ Territory Management
∎ Willing to travel extensively and ready to work anywhere in Bangladesh
