∎ Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with management to develop and implement business development strategy for a defined segment.
∎ Coordinate with management and clients to identify business development opportunities with existing and new clients.
∎ Work with the team to achieve short and long term revenue and profit growth.
∎ Update and maintain customer information report on regular basis.
∎ Participate in meetings to report business prospect and status updates to management and clients.
∎ Write bids, proposals, brochures and various other business informational letters.
∎ Execute the sales performance targets under the umbrella of leader.
∎ Visit to customer sites to promote company's products and services.
∎ Attend client conferences and meetings in order to network with new and existing contacts.
∎ Establish strong customer relationship by providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding inquiries such as sample, documents, products, pricing, quotes and issues/concerns.
∎ Conduct market competitive analysis to develop roadmap and sales strategy to secure new business.
∎ LC handling and calls handling of commercial team.
∎ Coordinating across the business.
∎ Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
∎ Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
∎ Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
∎ Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
∎ Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
∎ Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
∎ Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
