• Proven track record in B2B technical sales and client relationship management.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Understanding of structural elements and construction techniques is highly desirable.

• Customer oriented and skills to provide effective customer satisfaction

• A positive attitude towards working extended hours

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies for PHC Spun Pile and PC Boundary Wall products.

• Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and site visits.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with construction companies, civil consultants, and government bodies.

• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance and product education.

• Collaborate with the production, logistics, and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence for management review.
