Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and lead a team in the assigned area.
∎ Provide guidance, support, and direction to ensure team members meet their goals.
∎ Ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations within the designated area./Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the area's performance.
∎ Monitor expenses and revenue, and implement cost-effective measures.
∎ Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve Sales targets.
∎ Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.
∎ Identify training needs for team members and implement development programs.
∎ Ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
∎ Conduct performance reviews for team members and provide constructive feedback.
∎ Report on the area's performance and challenges regularly.
∎ Address and resolve issues and challenges that arise within the area.
∎ Achieve Company Objective In Assign Area
