∎ Should be able to manage high quality apartment building construction works.
∎ Should be self-motivated, dynamic leadership, customer relationship, planning/ budgeting competency, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
∎ Must be smart, dedicated & well orgaznized.
∎ Must be able to handle at least 8 - 10 projects independently
