Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Civil Engineering Background will be highly preferred.
∎ Skills Required: Business Development, Motorbike Driving, Sales & Marketing, Territory
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Area/ Territory Marketing, Construction Chemicals, Corporate Sales and Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales targets as per Sales plan for Concrete Admixtures.
∎ Develop areas for customers, RMC, Contractor, project Engineers, keeping company business interest in mind.
∎ Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Market report on sales & Marketing.
∎ Develop, supervise and improve procedures to link entire marketing activities with sales team activities.
∎ Supervise subordinates, Channel Partners, assigning tasks and following up to ensure successful completion;
∎ Customers coordination and management.
∎ coordination with field team and reporting to Marketing Manager.
∎ Coordinate communication of Materials quality, sample, Mix design, Check & ensure perfectness.
∎ Create trade marketing strategies and communicating this to the Sales & marketing team.
∎ Execute the Sales & marketing plan across the territory.
∎ Drive for brand awareness across various categories and products.
∎ Assist in developing and monitoring sales competition to sales team.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management.
