Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the architectural design process for projects, including conceptualization, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
∎ Develop innovative and practical design solutions that meet project requirements, adhere to industry standards, and align with organization's design principles.
∎ Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to integrate architectural plans into the overall project development process.
∎ Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information, evaluate existing conditions, and ensure compliance with design specifications and local building codes.
∎ Prepare and review architectural drawings, renderings, and specifications, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to project requirements.
∎ Coordinate with external consultants, including structural engineers, MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) engineers, and landscape architects, to ensure design coordination and integration.
∎ Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in architectural design and construction to incorporate innovative and sustainable solutions into projects.
∎ Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers, fostering a collaborative and professional work environment.
∎ Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
∎ Monitor project progress, identify design-related issues or challenges, and provide timely solutions and recommendations to ensure successful project delivery.
∎ Responsibilities & Context
∎ One of our Real Estate clients is looking for competent candidates in sales department. They have established in 2010. They are one of the most reputed real estate companies in the private sector. They are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Architect / Senior Architect to join in their team and contribute to the success of our projects. As an Architect /Senior Architect, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire architectural design process, starting from concept development to project completion. You will collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, and stakeholders to ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of design excellence, functionality, and sustainability. Working closely with project managers, engineers, and construction teams, you will ensure the seamless integration of architectural plans within the overall project development.
