∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel/ Resort/ Café design.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Architectural floor planning design of residential & commercial projects.
∎ Land scape & façade design, Preparation of working drawings for different type of projects.
∎ Preparation of 3D visualization and animation of different architectural projects. To work closely with design teams of different project.
∎ To work closely with the site engineers, project manager & other stack holders.
∎ Coordinate work with other disciplines such as Electrical, Mechanical, Sanitary & Plumbing, Fire detection & Protection, Interior designers etc.
∎ Perform any other duties & responsibilities assigned by the management as & when required.
