Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
∎ Bachelor of Architecture from any IAB accredited University.
∎ Skills Required: 2D (Auto Cad), Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, LUMION, Microsoft Word, SketchUp, VRAY
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Architecture, Interior Design, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing project brief, conceptual design of various types of projects and work with other team members to prepare the architectural construction drawings and documents.
∎ Performing design and construction management skills during the project's life cycle.
∎ To prepare 3D visualization as per the Instruction of Team Leader Architect.
∎ Creating design and working drawing by computer-aided design (Sketch up, Auto CAD, 3D Studio MAX with V-Ray Render, Photoshop and other)
∎ Sound Knowledge in Modern Interior & Exterior Design concept.
∎ The Architect must have strong capability on Residence Design, Office Design, Resort design, Retail Shop Design, Restaurant Design, Pavilion Design with full working drawing.
∎ Any Other Design related duties assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture, Interior Consultancy Firm or Real Estate
∎ Candidates should have through knowledge in AUTO CAD, SKETCH UP, VRAY, LUMION, ADOBE PHOTOSHOP,ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR.
∎ Strong Communication and interpersonal Skills.
∎ Good Planning and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
