∎ Training/Trade Course: AutoCad, sketch up, 3DStudio Max.
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3dStudioMax, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, SketchUp,Architectural Drafting, Architecture, building design

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 3D CAD, 3D Studio Max, SketchUp

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding Client needs and Develop
∎ Design Concept for the Company and Clients.
∎ Prepare Interior/Architecture Design concept, Plan, Elevation, detailed Working Drawing, 3D Visualization, Sketchup and Cost Estimation.
∎ Make and Submit quotation, models, Complete construction documents, Assist building plan and Material presentation.
∎ The candidate must have Sound Knowledge in Modern Design & Drawing.
∎ Have to be resourceful and creative problem solver.
∎ Candidate must need to visit project site and supervision of working progress.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Should have knowledge of Auto CAD, SketchUp, 3D Studio Max, Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop,Adobe Illustrator and other related software applications.

Salary: Negotiable
