Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare town plans with relevant studies and assess the feasibility of proposals
∎ Develop and interpret project maps and diagrams
∎ Interface with RAJUK, other Government offices and relevant stakeholders regarding land development plans
∎ Provide support for the land use clearance, and alienations for the approval of different land projects
∎ Possess knowledge of exteriors and interiors, 3D preparation and animations with working experience in Autodesk AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Sketch-up, Illustrator, Photoshop.
∎ Prepared detailed architectural drawings for all types of project such as residential, commercial and create architectural visualization.
∎ Develop ideas keeping in mind client's needs, building usage and environment impact.
∎ Visit the site resolving any problems that may arise during construction.
∎ Keep information about environment and legal issues in project planning
∎ Coordinate the total conceptual drawing by following environmental requirements and other regulations
∎ Guide project surveyors and technicians in their day-to-day activities

∎ Ability to work in multiple projects simultaneously
