∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
∎ Skills Required: 3D Animation, Adobe illustrator, Architectural Design, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and develop architectural plans according to the requirements.
∎ Produce detailed blueprints / 3D models during the timeline and make any necessary corrections.
∎ Create cost estimates and budgets for architectural projects.
∎ Control project from start to finish to ensure high-quality, innovative, and functional design.
∎ Research and recommend construction materials and technologies.
∎ Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress and quality.
∎ Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including drawings and reports.
∎ Integrate sustainable design principles and environmentally friendly practices.
∎ Identify and resolve design and construction challenges.
∎ Prioritize safety in design and construction, mitigating risks as necessary.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
