∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Real Estate, Architecture
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have ability of designing Multi storied Commercial & Residential buildings.
∎ Coordination, liaison and meeting with the project consultant.
∎ Responsible for all drawings, designs and troubleshooting the problems at construction site.
∎ Responsible for checking and correction of supplied drawing and prepare feedback based on discussion with Project Director and senior Management.
∎ Responsible for coordination with Project Consultant with approved feedback.
∎ Responsible for briefing & fine-tuning design and drawing for construction site.
∎ Review, customization and approval of finishing drawings for Customer Service Department.
∎ Responsible for coordinating with Project Consultant for finishing material selection and taking the necessary approval from management.
∎ Responsible to coordinate with different consultant (Architect, Structural Engineer, Plumbing Engineer, Electrical Engineer) for fool-proofing the integrated final design and drawing.
∎ Responsible to oversee compliance of actual construction with the approved drawings from various agencies e.g. RAJUK, SPA, NHA, DTCA, DOE etc.
∎ Responsible to calculate FAR for analyzing project feasibility for Land Department.
∎ Any other activity as and when required by the Management.

∎ Age 30 to 35 years
