∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Architectural Drafting, Auto CAD Drafting, Interior Design, SketchUp, Structural Designing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Developer, Real Estate
Job Context:
∎ We are inviting application from only eligible who has 5-7 years work experienced with similar job in a reputed Architectural Farm / Real Estate Company.
∎ This is full time permanent post and must be able to perform the given job responsibilities.
∎ Professional, mentally and physically sound conditions are required to apply for that post.
∎ Applicants must fulfill the selection criteria.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with project team to develop and refine design, drawings and details.
∎ Coordinate with consultants (Architectural, Structural, MEP and Contractors) throughout the project life cycle to ensure a seamless project execution.
∎ Perform site visit on a regular basis to check the quality and project status.
∎ Review drawings to ensure compliance of the local building codes, regulations and company standards.
∎ Review RAJUK drawings for submission.
∎ Cooperate and liaison with construction and project management dept.
∎ Prepare project presentation and 3D visualization.
∎ Prepare interior design and drawing.
∎ Prepare detail working drawings for construction.
∎ Field survey existing buildings to make as built drawings.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the superior authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in REVIT would get preference.
∎ Capable of dealing with multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Proficiency in 3D visualization software.
∎ Need sound knowledge about computer applications.
∎ He should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
