Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor or Master's Degree in Architecture from a reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Gather detailed information regarding kitchen requirements, as necessary.
∎ Coordinate site visits with the technical team, if required.
∎ Develop comprehensive kitchen designs using Planit software.
∎ Create and deliver professional presentations showcasing the proposed designs.
∎ Generate preliminary drawings for Krion countertops and conduct Krion top calculations.
∎ Facilitate decisions on additional elements, including floor/wall materials, backsplash, sink, sink mixer, etc.
∎ Supplier and Vendor Management:
∎ Coordinate with suppliers to confirm availability of appliances and other necessary items.
∎ Maintain regular communication with the appliance supplier for tasks such as monthly stock reconciliation and handling display items.
∎ Client Interaction and Approval:
∎ Conduct client meetings for design approval and address any concerns or modifications.
∎ Documentation and Coordination:
∎ Provide final specifications to the Management and Supply Chain Management (SCM) for pricing and discounting.
∎ Prepare detailed technical connection drawings and distribute them to the site.
∎ Ensure all relevant documentation for the kitchen is assembled and submitted as part of the dossier.
∎ Installation and Delivery Management:
∎ Assess potential installation challenges for the kitchen, as needed.
∎ Organize and coordinate the delivery of the kitchen components.
∎ Oversee the delivery of countertop materials and appliances.
∎ Coordinate the delivery of any additional items, if applicable.
∎ Claims Management and Reporting:
∎ Monitor and follow up on any claims related to the kitchen installations.
∎ Prepare and maintain monthly work lists, and update other relevant lists including GAMADECOR claim list, client list, reject list, and handover list.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 34 years
∎ The applicants should have at least 3-5 years of experience in designing kitchens.
∎ Relevant exposure and good knowledge of similar working environment (high-end kitchens) would be an added advantage.
∎ Excellent command over English, both written and verbal.
∎ Dedication and integrity are expected from the interested candidate.
∎ High level of expertise in AutoCAD and MS Office Suite is required.
∎ Candidate must be a quick learner and interested to discover new software i.e. Planit.
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
